Warranty

All our hair extensions are of strictly controlled quality and are made of real human hair. However, since hair is a natural material, we cannot provide a guarantee for problems arising from improper care or unprofessional interventions.

• Stranded hair extensions are made to individual specifications, so the right of withdrawal does not apply to them.
• The right of withdrawal can only be exercised within 14 days for raw, unopened hair extensions.
• Color fading, hair stretching, slight waving: these are natural behaviors, not defects.
• Loss of warranty: in case of improper care, chemical treatment not performed by us, or stranding performed by others.

A warranty claim can only arise if the received hair does not meet the parameters specified in the order, or if it arrives in a visibly damaged, unusable condition. This is a defective performance.

When can we truly speak of defective performance?

• if the ordered hair does not match the described parameters (e.g., the ordered shade, length, or type did not arrive)
• if the hair is severely damaged or arrives in a condition that is not of the expected quality (e.g., damaged during cutting, conspicuously broken, contaminated)
• if the hair is structurally completely unsuitable for application (e.g., the strands fall apart, are extremely tangled even before care)
