Our higher-category hair extensions originate from Kazakhstan. These are original human hairs cut from a single head. Natural Kazakhstani hair extensions are hydrated, soft, and undyed. Their color depth ranges from brown shades 3-6.
Impress Hair works with premium quality Kazakhstani hair extensions. These hair extensions have fine to very fine strands, with straight to slightly wavy textures. They are free from synthetic fibers, free from short hairs, and have thick ends.
These hair extensions are completely natural, so their behavior is similar to our own hair. If not properly cared for, they can dry out and become brittle. Natural stretching and changes in shape (especially under the influence of moisture and heat) are completely normal phenomena.

Hair extensions – just like our own hair – require regular, careful care and expert hands. At Impress Hair, we work exclusively with 100% real human hair, so these hairs behave naturally: they can dry out or break if not properly cared for.

Care is the key to longevity
The success of hair extensions does not end in the salon. For hair extensions to remain beautiful, shiny, and soft in the long term, proper home care is essential.
Basic principles for all types of hair extensions:
- Only use professional hair care products! (Recommended brands: Olaplex, Joico, K18, BlondMe)
- Lightened/dyed hair extensions may be drier and therefore require increased hydration and nourishment.
- Always use a hair extension brush for detangling; this protects the hair from pulling and breakage.
- Avoid cheap, sulfate-containing, alcohol-based products, as they can damage the hair structure.
Due to chemical treatment, lightened and dyed hair extensions may be drier. Therefore, it is very important to care for hair extensions with appropriate products. Use professional hair care products specifically tailored to the needs of dyed and lightened hair.
Usability, or what is the hair suitable for?
Not all hair extensions behave the same way during chemical treatment. Whether they can be lightened or dyed depends on the type of hair. The table below summarizes what is and is not possible:

Improper chemical treatment (e.g., home bleaching, incorrect dyeing) can lead to a deterioration in the quality of the hair extensions. Therefore, all color treatments should be performed exclusively by a qualified hairdresser!

Warranty Statement
All our hair extensions are of strictly controlled quality and are made of real human hair. However, since hair is a natural material, we cannot provide a guarantee for problems arising from improper care or unprofessional interventions.
- Stranded hair extensions are made to individual specifications, so the right of withdrawal does not apply to them.
- The right of withdrawal can only be exercised within 14 days for raw, unopened hair extensions.
- Color fading, hair stretching, slight waving: these are natural behaviors, not defects.
- Loss of warranty: in case of improper care, chemical treatment not performed by us, or stranding performed by others.
A warranty claim can only arise if the received hair does not meet the parameters specified in the order, or if it arrives in a visibly damaged, unusable condition. This is a defective performance.
When can we truly speak of defective performance?
- if the ordered hair does not match the described parameters (e.g., the ordered shade, length, or type did not arrive)
- if the hair is severely damaged or arrives in a condition that is not of the expected quality (e.g., damaged during cutting, conspicuously broken, contaminated)
- if the hair is structurally completely unsuitable for application (e.g., the strands fall apart, are extremely tangled even before care)
